Professional, Quick Handling and Smooth Refund
I recently submitted a purchase request through Superbuy for an item listed on Shopee Taiwan. The request was handled quickly, professionally, and with great accuracy. Everything was processed smoothly, and the communication was clear throughout the process. Only afterwards did I discover that Superbuy does not operate as a shopping agent for Taiwan, but exclusively for China. Because of this, I had to cancel my order. The cancellation was handled perfectly. Within 48 hours, the full amount I had paid was refunded directly back to my original payment method — no delays, no complications. Even though I couldn’t complete my purchase through them, the way they handled my request and refund showed a high level of professionalism and reliability. Highly recommended!
