DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Terrible Customer Service. I ordered over $400.00 in couch covers. They did not fit (I measured), nor look like the pictures. I immediately followed the return instructions and after a week of back and forth they sent me the following email: Hello, I'm sorry that our product didn't make you like it. We offer the following two return options: 1. Ensure that the product is complete and unused, and we will receive a full refund upon receiving the package! Return Address: 3/F, China Electronics, No. 2, Fu'an Avenue, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, CN 2. Returning to China may require at least one month of transportation time. Considering that the transportation time is too long and the package may be damaged or lost during transportation, in order to maximize customer benefits, we agree to refund a total of $30 as compensation and do not need to return the product. Please select an option, thank you! How can they only offer $30.00 when you spent over $400.00? They know you are not going to send back the items so they have just made a huge profit on a sale. This company is full of scammers!!!!!!!!!
