My Dad has used the p90+ 12 times and the difference in him is definitely visible. He is 88 and basically stopped going for his walks over a year ago. After his 2nd session he has begun walking daily again and tells me his feet dont hurt anymore. He is also back in his garden and loving it. His sleep has improved from getting up 5 times a night down to only once now and he tells me he feels better in himself. I use the machine twice a day and have also noticed positive changes. My leg cramps have stopped, my anxiety levels have dropped, I'm sleeping through the night, my energy levels are up and my trigger finger is now unlocking without me having to assist it. I've been using the frost age attachment on one side of my face and after 10 sessions people are noticing the difference. I did this on purpose for a testimonial, now I will start on the other side to balance my face. The revitalux attachment has also been wonderful for getting into the deep pain in my shoulder from a long time ago accident. I can finally sleep on my right shoulder after not being able to for the last 7 years. I cannot recommend this machine enough, just to see the quality of life my Dad has regained has been worth it.
