I requested bookings for Ba Na Hills and Montgomerie Links. My stated preferred timings were 8-9am. The timings offered were too early so I didn’t accept immediately. I rejected the Montgomerie offer of 6am which was way too early. I finally accepted the 7.03am for Ba Na Hills, thinking I might otherwise not get to play at all. After waiting for GolfSavers to offer an alternative and was told there are no other slots, I managed to book a 7.59 flight with another online platform. This gave me the impression that GolfSavers only has cheap unearthly timings. What made it worse was the unfriendly curt replies that make customers like us feel like GolfSavers thinks it is the only platform in town. My friends and I have always booked via GolfSavers for Thailand and had good experiences so far. This time with GolfSavers for Vietnam was a bad experience. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
