Hi Im the owner of Slocum Trucking Company an I am highly disappointed in TBS Factoring Services. I advise any and everybody thats considering using this Factoring service not to because they have been a pain in my rear. You cant get anyone on the phone ever and you can barely get a email response from anyone. I'm one of the biggest customers they have and to be honest they treat me like I dont exist. I get emails and calls daily from my customers and brokers about receiving bols and invoices for loads we've complete months ago. Also customers that have a A or B rating that I do consistant business are being denied credit when they've paid their bills on time, they just haven't received an invoice from TBS Factoring Services. I'd suggest that if anyone is thinking about going with this company DONT!!!!!!!!!
