Refunds are a nightmare
ETA: after 5 emails back and forth with them haggling a refund (10% keep product, 30% keep product, etc). I did receive a full refund. Ordered 2 dresses according to the size chart (not true US sizes BTW). When I received them they're too small in the bust even though I used the size chart. Contacted for a refund and I'm getting the run around and having to haggle for a refund. That's not what was indicated in the refund/return policy. Also there was no indication on the site that the items shipped from China.
