No reply for return.
Again, like many others I’m being ignored after requesting a return due to my order having a hole in it on delivery. I’m not pleased with the quality. I had an initial email requesting a photo but no further correspondence after several attempts. They claim to answer every email within 24hrs but I’m yet to receive my confirmation of a refund and return. Not a UK company therefore doesn’t need to follow UK law with accepting a return for an online purchase not being what you expected from advertisement. Please avoid. This isn’t something I needed to be dealing with at 7months pregnant. I will remove my review once I have had correspondence and had the issue resolved.
