The dress was beautiful but the sleeves were so tight at wrist I could not push up slightly or raise arms . I went to website to get return instructions. I tried to use chat . They wanted my body measurements which has nothing to do with how dress fit on arms . They offered for me to receive 20% refund and keep item . I wanted a full refund . After I finally got instructions 45 minutes into the chat I received instructions. I went to UPS to ship . It would cost $127 to ship back . Now I have a dress that wont fit anyone and doubt I will even get 20% back . Dont Buy from this company!!!
