Terrible - do not buy from this company
As I read these other reviews, I am bummed that I did not check first. Like everyone else - I bought 2 dresses which I didn't like. The return policy (copied from their website) states "returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. Please CONTACT US within 7 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process". I did all that and they first offered an exchange for one, then offered 30% refund and then ghosted me entirely. I did use PayPal and will reach out to see if I can get refunded that way. Hugely disappointing. Update - when I pointed out (cut and pasted) their return policy, they offered me 50% refund in response. PayPal refunded me entirely which is great but still doesn't address the false promise of 'full refund'.
