Absolutely poor delivery and customer service. On multiple occasions our meals did not show up until many days after scheduled delivery. Macros were not contactable. Their phone line had been disconnected and there was no reply to my email until after the food finally showed up. This was not an isolated instance. We gave them another chance after the first few delays but our last delivery was a no show which was the final straw. It is a pity. Their meals are quite decent. They offer good variety and their was not a meal that I disliked. In the end it was not worth the inconvenience caused by their poor logistics and lack of customer service.
