My Last Purchase (December, 2024) Was Not What It Was In My Earlier Purchase
My last purchase was December 2024. It was not in August 2024. This last purchase was the reason why I wouldn't make another purchase.

Very Expensive Product ... and to be Treated Poorly
I had brought several of Professional Serum. Two (in a year) came out - in color and smell - as off/not like the others. I had been in a hospital for a while at this time, so doing this when I came out was a struggle. I keep writing to the company about what happened. The customer service kept telling me the rancid color/smell was normal ... but I knew it was not. In the end, it was too much. I gave up ... Calecim is expensive so to be treated in this way. Sad.
