Misleading pricing, hidden fees, and unacceptable overcharging.
My experience with Ship7 has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. What initially appeared to be a straightforward parcel forwarding service turned into a series of hidden fees and unreasonable charges. I was shocked to discover that Ship7 requested extra fees just to attach a simple paper inside the package — something that should be basic customer service, not a paid add-on. These surprise charges were never clearly communicated upfront. The biggest issue, however, was the shipping cost. Ship7 quoted me $267 using Aramex, claiming this was the cheapest option available. To verify, I contacted another forwarding service for the exact same shipment, also via Aramex, and received a quote of only $113. This massive difference cannot be justified. This experience clearly shows a lack of transparency and pricing integrity. Customers should not have to double-check every step to avoid unexpected costs. Unfortunately, Ship7 has completely lost my trust. I do not recommend Ship7 to anyone who values honest pricing and clear communication.
