Dhgate resolved my dispute fairly
So I ordered an item that never showed up. The seller after asking me to add him on WhatsApp whice I refused preceded to reply to my messages with * or / or ?. After disputing with dhgate and sending screenshot of sellers reply to be fair to dhgate they apologised for the sellers behaviour and issued me with a refund. So overall experience not so great but 4 stars cos dhgate did deal with it.
