How to Lose $525
Good afternoon. I want to share my experience working with this company, which, as I understand, is based in Indonesia. I bought a product from them on the well‑known platform themeforest for the first time in 2023. By “product,” I mean a mobile app on Flutter for my website. Since I needed some custom modifications, they sent me an additional invoice via their website; I paid it, and they completed the work, made the modifications, and published my app on the Google Play and Apple Store. In 2026, I contacted them again for updates to the app; they once again issued me an invoice for $525, but ultimately failed to complete the work, didn’t carry out the update, and didn’t publish the app on Google Play and the App Store, and simply stopped responding to my messages. After I wrote a review about their product on themeforest, they removed their product from the platform.
