Very 1st experience was horrible. The doctor they set me up with had sent me another link which I never got, and he charged me for a no-show! I reached out prior to my set time and never heard back, asking why I wasn't sent login info to meeting. He waited until after our set time to reach back out and said sorry for miscommunication and that we could reschedule after I fill out more info from a different site. Lead me to believe all was good and made it sound common for new users..... I just got an email stating he charged me for a no-show! In addition to their reply...I did as stated and they told me its not their responsibility as its charged via the practice office not them! Do not use this company please let my $100 loss be a lesson for you!
