I had 2 nights booked and due to a family emergency was unable to attend I’m a 71 year old pensioner I rang the hotel they said it was free cancellation only I booked through you when I contacted you you said would I settle for 50 percent refund I said if I have no choice the hotel had to move us rooms Monday in one and Tuesday another because they were full but it was one booking for the 2 nights and you have only refunded me 65 pounds the cost for 2 nights was 324 pounds so that’s not 50 percent can you please please find out why this is a lot of money Thank you
