BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ntuc outlet whitesands feedback Date 14th September 2.30pm Express counter manned by this elderly lady, white hair walk with a limp. Her service to customers I observed is very bad. She argues, scolds , talk back to me . She need to undergo refresher training on giving out good customer service. I hope the management will take note of my feedback and follow up on her training. Thank you.
