Absolutely no communication
I hired this firm on 06/22/23. I haven't heard back from them since that day. I requested support to log into the portal they provided to check the status several times and received 0 replies. No returned emails or phone calls despite repeated requests. They haven't done anything for case or provided any updates. Update : It seems like there has been a drastic overhaul with the the way this company is handling its clients. They are being responsive and updating me whenever necessary now.
