They won't give you a replacement for an incomplete toy without a receipt
I love the toys they sell. They are fun and addicting for both adults and kids. I bought a Disney Snacks Minis mystery ball. I got the Cheshire Cat hot dog. The ball was missing some slices of onion that are supposed to go on top of the hot dog. I emailed, with pictures. They wanted to see a picture of the bar code, which I had saved, and they wanted a picture of the receipt. I bought this at a grocery store. I check my grocery receipts to make sure I'm not overcharged and then I toss them. I don't know anyone who keeps all of their receipts! I guess I shouldn't have assumed the toy I bought would have everything they said would be in there? They basically told me I'm SOL. I paid for an incomplete product and the company isn't willing to make it right. Their policy allows them to keep more money in their pockets, even when their products fall short. It's not cool. All I wanted were the onion slices!
