My Wahoo Kickr V4 has a known issue…
My Wahoo Kickr V4 has a known issue (some parts getting loose inside). It is known issue and Wahoo admitted it. They used to send parts for self repair, but since I didn't realise immedietaly there was the issue, they refuse to help. Not even info, what issue is and where to get parts myself. Zero help. Then I borrowed from a friend Kickr Core for a month. Turns out it also has a known issue, making annoying and very worrying grinding vibrations. Known for years and Wahoo still keeps sending out faulty units. If you are lucky to get a unit free of issues - you will be happy. If you are willing to gamble with your money, that is. Cause thousands of user keep reporting same issues and Wahoo does not take care of them :/
