I purchased a regular order from Ali Grace. When I tried to track the status, it requires you to download an app and then go on a wild goose chase downloading more apps and inputting more personal information. Then I received an email telling me because its customized, it will take longer, but I didn't customize anything! I've emailed them, I've messaged them on their online chat box, and to date, have received no response and no package. Not sure if this fraud, so BEWARE!! I'm reporting this to my bank.
