Wonder what else they auction of is fake....
Bid on and won a beautiful ring that was advertised as a lab grown diamond. Got the order in and went to have the ring sized at 3 different places and all told me the same thing...the diamond is not a lab grown diamond, rather it is a "diamond substitute" and due to that and liability reasons, they would not be able to do anything related to the diamond. I contacted Pristine to get the information for the company that the ring came from and they refused to give me any information without printouts from the companies on official letterhead saying what the stone tested as. None of the jewlers would provide a print out so Pristine would not do anything. So now I am having to seek legal representation for false advertising of both Pristine and have to get the company that sent the ring. It is such a headache and now I am questioning everything I have won from them as to the legitimacy.
