Please don't even think about wasting your money!
I am so incredibly disappointed with this unethical business. Please save the stress, time, and money and seek another solution. The program I paid for did not repair the corrupted file. I was forced to go through support with more than 17+ emails back and forth, including having to upload onto google drive for them, then onto another platform for them. This was over the course of 6 days. I needed the file repaired on the day hence why I paid the hefty download fee. Their refund policy states that they can only refund you if there is a technical difficulty. The program not repairing my file (according to them) was not a technical difficulty. Once I asked for a refund, they danced around the topic with copy paste generic replies. The file could only be repaired through their software engineers, but by the time the file came back to me, it was pointless. Even after jumping through hoops, they refuse to give me my money back and consistently send generic replies. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS. We work hard for our money, don't need to be scammed by these people. I also want to add I remained calm and respectful throughout all communication, and they just wouldn't listen or hear me out. What a disappointing experience with this company.
