I made two bookings with this company (Booking Numbers: C2B10746 and C2B10750). For the first reservation, they suddenly asked me to pay an additional $1600 just to confirm the booking — which made no sense at all. Thinking it might be a one-off issue, I tried again and made a second reservation. This time, they asked for another extra $1000. This is completely unacceptable and highly suspicious. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT book with this company. Also, the representative named Sandra, who handled my case, was extremely rude and unprofessional.
