Refunded but good customer service
they dont answer. i havent received my package update: their customer service is amazing, after some issues they have been very useful attending my emails. my first order got lost so they sent me a new one, it took 1 month and half to arrive in total. the receiver had some delay and issue conecting the gamepad but they already sent me a new one receiver. im waiting. update: i received the new receiver but it doesnt pair and i'm waiting for some response. also i had a red screen playing power stone on naomi november 14 update: after some issues the refunded the entire purchase, i kept the item with some issues, Rachel was always taking care and being involved in the case. they gave a 20% discount in a next purchase
