Not professional, never qc their phone before send out to customer
Purchase an iPhone 13 Pro from them, so called going throughly with QC and dtuff which I believe is totally bluff. Less than 1 month using the phone( screen will blank automatically only have sound) , send back for checking (luckily I do purchase warranty) manage to get my phone back yesterday but the condition is worst than before I send back for checking and change lcd screen( this is what the Cs told me) . I can't even set up my phone as the screen keep go blank what kind of disappointment. Never ever purchase from them. FYI, their customer service is totally useless, you can't even call them and you only can get respond by email which is really really slow.
