I've been in the dropshipping field for around 4 years and I haven't experienced worse customer service. I received a broken product and no support for literally a week. Still didn't get my money back. I have always used supplier or private agents and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Invest more time and find a reliable supplier, you won't regret it.
