Max Neo defective out of the box
Purchased the Ender 3 Max Neo and it was defective in more ways than one right out of the box. Thermal runaway immediately and spent hours troubleshooting with customer support. Then they sent a new thermistor that was too short to fit. They then sent me a return label and I shipped it back. It's now been two weeks and they simply say "sales is working on it". Sales? It's an EXCHANGE! The customer service has been horrible! Do not buy any Creality products directly from Creality or just buy another brand. Fairly certain I'm out $340.00. Expensive lesson.
