I received the Sim card and had trouble getting it to work in the router. Karla was very patient and gave 100% to help and what I found out was, after switching Sim card to another router I had, that once the router was turned on, the Sim card worked INSTANTLY! I didn't have to change or do anything. Problem I had was my router , not the Sim card.
