TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
if i dont need to click the star at all i won't. Of course i bought ticket from your website and my itinerary was rescheduled by the airline. I was so helpless because the airline could not retrieve my booking and the robot chat there told me to contact my travel agent. I wrote to customer serivce @ . hk, and i was told this is a very complicated matter and a specialised team will contact me soon. I waited for nearly 2 weeks and not a single soul bothered to say hello to me. I was put aside and abundant. It is an exceptional bad experience and i swear to God that i will not buy tickets from your website in my live again no matter how cheap you are offering. There is no service at all. I bought tickets from other online travel agents and i could get in touch with the human staff without any problem at all. If you only want to earn money without providing any services, i suggest you to run a bus company instead.
