Hey thank u for replying to my review about 4 months ago (update no 4)
I actually do NOT need to go into settings to enable "do not disturb" mode...
I simply have to scroll down from the top of the screen to enable "do not disturb"
Which appears in a black colored icon...
N once I've tapped the black icon,,, it then turns blue👍
And enables "do not disturb" mode....( N then ltr on my joke of a fone bleeps cos ive got a new msg)
Eg do not disturb mode does not work!!!
Has Ur research n development " team not noticed either of the above???
No thats correct... because not only ur fones utter crap/ ur reviews utter crap/ customer services r utter crap n then u send me a teaching lesson on how to turn on "do not disturb "

Ive had mobile fones since Nokia began,,,n about 6 different fone manufacturers since then...
in about 2011...
All of them were better than ur utter crap device/s...
Pls do not insult my intelligence...
Ur fones r beyond garbage...
There absolutely crap...
As is ur customer services+ research m development team...

Just discovered design fault no 4321...
Even "do not disturb" v basic function doesn't work...
Utter utter pathetic fone...
Had about 15 fones over the years and this piece of over priced garbage is the worst fone iv ever had...
Customer services are beyond a joke aswell...
I v v strongly recommend
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ATALL FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY,,,
As many others on here have also said...its about as smart as Dumbo the elephant..but even more irritating...

Try to make a call with this utter garbage fone n nothing happens bout 50% of the time...
So i have to restart it...
Then it works....
Worst fone iv ever had the misfortune to own.. mostly bought it for the v bright light on it to save electricity bill....
Errrrrrrrm it turns itself on sometimes in middle of night...
So have to switch it off at night...
Utter utter rubbish fone...
My old Nokia 3310 from 15 + yrs ago was better....n hey it even actually made fone calls... every time...not just sometimes...
If i could put a price on this fone it would be about £25...
I hate it...
Design fault after design fault after design fault n haven't got time to waste with there so called customer service,s who probably won't even reply as several others have mentioned...
Trust me do not buy any ULEFONE,s atall..

2nd review now of my armour 24...Iv now owned it about 3 months...
God i hate it...
Its utter garbage...
My oukitel which was half the price of this was way better...
Then my iifi b1 pro also less than this was better aswell although that one wasn't v good either...
Trust me DO NOT BUY ULEFONE...
I mean 22,000 mah battery but can't be used as a power bank???
Absolute joke...
Now watts app notifications not showing in status bar🤦🤦🤦

Avoid
Hi 3rd rugged fone iv owned n ulefone was more expensive than others...1st one was oukitel wp5 pro...was quite good but utube didn't work properly after 2.5 yrs or so...
So then bought iiifb1pro
Oukitels sister brand...
After only few months rubber grommets wouldn't stay in place so not waterproof or dust proof...cheaper previous one had no issues with grommets...
So then purchased ulefone armour 24 mainly cos it has v good bright torch... massive battery at 22,000mah but can't tell any difference between this one n previous one eg 10,000 mah...
Took 2.5 hrs to transfer data(usually takes 20 mins ish acc to guy in shop helping me)
Smart switch app didn't work for some reason...
22,000mah battery n doesn't have power bank feature (otg)
How dumb is that...both cheaper ones did...
Pic quality is pretty good but camera "timer" is a mere 3 seconds n thats it...
Even my old nokia had 5 or 10 second timer,,, although i can download timer app but still v annoying...
Touchscreen sensitivity is also crap..eg whilst on utube have to press play or pause 4/5/6 times or rewind 10 seconds so also v annoying (didn't happen on both previous cheaper fones)
Overall im disappointed..
I wouldn't buy another ulefone n i wouldn't recommend anyone else does until they've fixed these v basic issues...
Also it came with 2 pin plug that wobbles in adapter 🤦(good quality adapter)
