Initially I received a faulty order. After weeks of back and forth trying to get a refund, which was refused. I was offered a 50% refund. I agreed to a replacement. The replacement arrived and was the incorrect product. I have given up and taken the loss. Avoid this company at all costs in my opinion.
Do not use this company. I ordered a personalised bracelet for my partner. The bracelet arrived with a broken clasp. I have tried to sort this with there customer services. They're unhelpful and keep asking for a video of the bracelet. They've offered no solutions at all. Following this review they have accused me of lieing about the broken product and will not refund me more then £7. I have sent photos and videos as requested.
