Horrible.
Horrible. No other words are needed. I bought one ticket to go from jakarta to yogykarta by bus, the information provided of the pick up stop are unclear and wrong, made me purchase another ticket and they told me that it was my fault because I had to call the company and ask for the right adress. While I called several times the customer service and they didnt answer before the scheduled departure. So i just found myself in the middle of no where and not having any idea on how to reach the bus station. I asked for a refund and It was refused.
