Goods took a long time to arrive
Ordered goods from capsulcn and they created account with Made-In-China.com. The goods didn't arrive, even though tracking shows they attempted delivery. Contacted seller and they were no help just asking me to collect the goods, but that's impossible as address they supposedly sent to, doesn't exist. So I've paid £167.90 and it seems they may have used incorrect post code according to the shipping documents. Have requested refund and also contacted bank to try to stop the payment. Update 9th may @22:55 No delivery attempted, being asked to call various numbers by capsulcn but I'm not doing that, they should have delivered it to me. Tracking on Chinapost shows no attempted delivery on the 9th and on the 8th it shows: trail submission failed (customer notified) @13:37 which is just nonsense as I've heard nothing Update 19th may - goods finally arrived so have had to cancel visa dispute. What a relief!
