Disappointing customer service
First, everything looked amazing. The documentation is nice and everything went smoothly in the beginning. Then, I needed a data addon, confirmed with support that this is available and upgraded to a premium plan. Afterwards, I spend 3 weeks (!!) chatting with support because the data was not available.
