Thank you Team! I know not all the time orders can go smoothly, however in my case Novelship responded swiftly and with great care back to the customer. It's easy to send out an order to a customer but harder to rectify if there are issues. And you guys did really well and restored my trust in future orders with Novelship! Great work!
