Bought the product
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought the product. Paid for expedited shipping. 33 days and it is “damaged and unable to be delivered” by UPS. Customer service refuses to refund my order. They have my money and I literally have nothing. UPDATE: Package shows up pretty much in tatters and covered in box tape. Unpacked it and found 50% of the pieces bent, no instructions or parts list. Tried to assemble and gave up. Re-packaged and re-taped the box. I’ve asked for a shipping label and refund. Buy at your own risk. UPDATE: They have literally now said: "Due to transportation reasons, the motherboard is squeezed, please try to use pliers to restore it. To compensate for this, We would like a free Joybos® Portable Detachable Folding Mesh Makeup Bag. It is stocked in the US warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for arrival. Would you like to accept it? " They told me to use pliers to bend back the metal and offered a make up bag?!!?! This company is a scam.
