Chris was very helpful. He sent the time with me to make sure I got the right parts I needed for my power washer. It is an older model so he had to look at a couple difference hoses. Chris also asked me other questions about the pressure washer to see if I had changed other parts recently. A great Idea as I would have been calling back and paying for shipping again to order the additional parts. great experience and I will use this site again!!! Thanks Chris
