DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! Save yourself the hassle and just book directly with the airline!
I do not recommend booking thru this agency. 20-50 dollars difference in the price is not worth it!! Better book directly with the airline. The “good reviews” looks like spam reviews from their agents. The bad reviews are usually more detailed while the “good” ones are very generic and broad. Their customer service is a hit or miss. They will say they have processed your request and update you within 24-48 hours but won’t do so. If you call them again, they will say the same thing. I talked to one agent who raised his voice against me and kept interrupting me instead of calming me down when I expressed my frustration - clearly not trained on how to handle irate customers. During the week of my flight, my flight details would disappear and reappear on my account’s booking page without any reason why. Imagine the stress this has caused a pregnant woman who is about to fly back home. They couldn’t confirm the flight changes done on my flight (airline fault) and when I called the airline they said that cheaptickets haven’t changed my status to “confirmed” so the airline couldn’t do anything on their end. Take note this is a few days before my flight. A day before my flight, they sent me an email letting me confirm supposedly connecting flights(international & domestic) that are overlapping. After having talked to them (and the airline) the whole week and explaining my dilemma. Only the airline was able to resolve my issue. Also, their customer service hotline is unreachable during weekends - they only work Monday to Friday. So if your flight is on a weekend and you wanted to confirm or change something with them, good luck! Their prices are cheap but will charge lots of fees for anything and everything which you can do for free when booking directly through the airline.
