Delay in payment
I have done trade in for iPhone 12 ProMax and IPhone 13 ProMax with CompAsia at Sunway Pyramid on 30/09/2023. The person promises the payment will be made by Monday which is 3/10/2023. But on Monday, they say something goes wrong with their finance department, say latest by 4/10/2023 afternoon will receive the payment, i waited until 7PM, I am yet to receive the payment and did a phone call to the shop. In the call, they finding themselves excuses again saying too much pending payment need to be done, by 7PM 5/10/2023 will be getting the payment. What a terrible service is this, keep delaying the payment, yet the trade in price is so low. Guys, think twice before you do trade in with CompAsia.
