I’m very happy with the customer…
I’m very happy with the customer service from Michael Todd Beauty and the Sonicsmooth Pro! My charger stopped working, so I emailed the company and received a response right away. They immediately resolved the issue by sending me a whole new product replacement. I just received it, put it on the charger, and everything works perfectly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind their products and cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this company and product to anyone. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I’m a very happy customer!
