Creality 3D Printers TERRIBLE customer service!!!
My wife recently bought me a Creality Ender 3V 2Neo 3D Printer for my birthday. Yes I understand they are complicated machines and need regular cleaning and maintenance. Within 3 weeks of having the machine it started to go wrong , and the printing got worse and worse with constant nozzle blockages . Eventually I decided to change the nozzle for a new one , and followed the online instruction video . This is when I discovered a broken red wire on the front fan in the printer head. This is when I first tried to contact Creality as the machine was purchased directly from Creality online store. There is " NO @ UK customer services number for them and the only way to talk to them is through the online chat bot , which seldom works or via e.mail. I have emailed them over a week ago , with no follow at all. Eventually they gave me a ticket reference for a complete new machine as it is not fit for purpose and I require a replacement. Again I have heard nothing from them since and I still have a U/S machine sat here . Creality Support is by far the WORST of any company I have ever had to deal with. I strongly advise you if you buy a Creality 3D Printer , buy it from Amazon or a retailer so at least you can take it back and exchange it. I have spent hours trying to get through to them and my fight will go on again today. You have been warned !.Darren Fare
