WHAT A JOKE - WATCH OUT FOR THESE!! I don't know how they can call these shoes! What a joke! Made of some kind of cardboard or something. Orthopedics? The foot bed is hard with no arch! This place advertises 24/7 customer service. Ha! This one guy responds maybe 4 days later with an email that doesn't even address my question. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My shipment arrived after a month from a place in the US but I am sure they are based in China. I am trying to initiate a return, but I'm sure they will say they must be sent back to an overseas location which would cost a fortune, so MONEY DOWN THE drain!! I am disappointed that companies like this are allowed to post their pop up ads on our computers. Very angry customer!
