Suspected scam company
We were using neat very happily before the sudden acquisition by rapyd. transition was a nightmare. we lost all the transaction record so it's a headache for accounting and audit. The new system is not designed for banking. Our auditor and accountant has a hard time figuring out the transaction entries' design. Big headache for accounting. Cards were cut from multiple to 1 card. So we stop using it for receiving or payment, Then we noticed they are charging US$90 per month for this unused crap. We filed for cancelation but they have been stalling us for months. Before reaching out the customer service the cancellation button was even disabled. Very scamy.
