This app is a complete joke
This app is a complete joke. Every time the money is paid back, there’s an issue with either the bank connection or another “known” issue. This app and the customer service provide ZERO information and have been a pain. How can a company take money and then come back and say “oh we have a known issue that won’t let you take the money back when things are the worst”. Just not fair and there is no heads up saying you are going to be charged. Get it together.
