Electric lint remover…RUBBISH
Updated 20/10 Gshopper has now reached out to me with a full refund. Thank you ————————————- Purchased the electric lint remover from gshopper which arrived quickly, but poorly packaged. After 3 attempts at charging it - even on charge for 3 DAYS it never worked at all. It rattled as if something was loose inside. When I reached out for help and support, they messed around across multiple emails, asking for the same info provided in my 1st contact with their support team. Then told me I had to send the product back to china at my own cost, or they could save me the trouble with a 30% refund instead. Under Australian consumer law, from where I purchased the goods, I am entitled to a replacement or full refund. I could not find on their ordering system any link to terms and conditions which might contradict this right. Do not buy from them. One time- last time customer.
