!!Would give negative stars!! Do NOT waste your money or time on this SCAM! Placed an order almost 3 1/2 weeks ago for 3 items.1st item was just received 10/5 in a crushed box with a knockoff product. They are using pictures of authentic product and sending a knockoff. The second item is supposedly in route somewhere. The 3rd item I have been emailing for a week to get a shipping update. An got a reply 6 days ago that it will ship once in the warehouse(this item shows in stock now and has shown in stock the whole time i have been waiting) I questioned them on how it shows in stock and no reply to 4 straight emails. Finally got a reply on the 5th email that all my items have shipped(flat out lie!) After having no status on the 3rd item the whole time, they updated the status on 10/5 to order info received 9/19. 10/17 - received final item and another knock off POS. and I have yet to hear from customer service on how to remedy this. They send the same response to all the 1 star reviews and I followed up with an email with a link to the review for them to help and no communication from them at all.
