I’ve been in Lignosus for over a month…
I’ve been in Lignosus for over a month ,it dose make a difference as I can feel my chest feeling less tight ,however I know it will take longer than that to have a good effect and eventually clear the mucus .I am on one sachet a day ,I will start to increase to two sachets and continue with it as it makes me feel better
