Feels cheated to have made payment via ipaymy in hopes of accruing miles only to be informed there is a "system glitch" and code used was identified by Citibank to be for Real Estate Agents and Managers Rentals. As such, no miles were accrued on Citibank card. Lost over 900 miles which could have been accrued via CardUp or other services. Wrote in to ipaymy and they were unable to offer anything except an apology for the "glitch" and believe it or not, a promo code to TRY AGAIN for the next payment. Will most likely never use ipaymy again. Miles lost, unsavoury experience, nothing like what is promised on its website.
