don't buy travel insurance from FWD
I just came back from my overseas trip and unfortunately I have to make a claim from FWD as my wallet was pickpocket, so I lost all my cash and credit cards however I was so disappointed I could only claim max $300 cash and FWD replied all those overseas calls to cancel my credit cards I can't claim so what's the purpose of buying FWD travel insurance when the limit is only $300 when such incident happens, I shall not buy from FWD anymore and would not recommend anyone to buy from FWD travel insurance
